Cats Dogs up to 65 lbs. 2 pets per apartment
Pet Deposit: Cats require an additional security deposit of $500 and dogs
are an additional $750, which is fully refundable based on normal "wear
and tear". One dog to 65 lbs., two dogs each under 30lbs. Dogs must be an
American Kennel Association recommended breed (call for details). All pets
must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Many dog parks and open
trails for your pets unleashed pleasure in close proximity to our community.
